Here at my work, we have a number that is open during the summers from 8:00AM to 12:00PM, and the manager there wants night ring off for the number during those hours. What do I need to do on the main console to get that working, but only for that one number and not the entire office?

That is actually a hard question as it depends on how the line is built and how night ring is activated (i.e. via night service on phone system, ACD night service, physical ring sensor across tip/ring etc). Can you add details?

Not much is known about this system including by the guy I replaced in this position. The most I can say about it, is that when I went into the control panel of sorts to switch some extensions around, I noticed a couple of screens that mentioned night ring, but nothing for certain about how it's set up.
What I do know is that we use an Infostar/VX2 voice answering system, and it's probably set to activate through that come to think of it. Don't know if that helps, but any assistance would be appreciated.

You know, I thought about it, and if it WERE on the phone system itself, would you know a way to fix the problem then?
