I have a coral II v. 11.10.15 and Coral Message Center v. 7.51B. I'm looking for the best way to forward calls to cell phones/outside numbers. Is this accomplished in the phone switch itself or on the VM end of things?

Before I got involved (roped in is a better description) the employees somehow managed to forward one port to a cell - the problem is that it rings the cell phone even if the call is answered!

I'm getting a lot more familiar with the navigation on the switch, but have no idea where to start on this one - can someone give me a push in the right direction?

Ok - so I just read the other post about forwarding to cell phone (who would have thought....) and have tried the codes:
cancel busy/noans #147#10
cancel noans #142#10
cancel flexicall #17710#10

We'll have to see if that fixes it when the user returns in the morning w/his cell.

I have tried the #147 and #142 in the past. Had no idea that flexicom even existed before tonight (it's not in the DKT-DST user's guide)... How would you enter a cell# there - it only seems to want to take 3-4 digits?

you will have to use the personal library of the phone or a public library. you have default of 10 libraries per phone. usually 7000 thru 7009.

try #193 then 7000 dial 9 plus the cell number. That should do it. Then you can do the #141 7000... all calls to the extension will go to the cell number.

#141 is forward all calls.

Thanks - that's exactly the info I needed. I'll be up to speed on this beast just about the time we switch to VoIP...
