I've never done that by mistake. I would call Tech. Support.

Is this the DOS or Windows?
If its DOS, you can try hitting the # key as soon as the port answers. There is a small window where you can get it in and it will prompt for your mailbox number (assuming the voice menu greeting TT assignment is default). Or, there is a way to get to the same spot from within another mailbox. At the main mailbox menu, press # (I think).

VMSys is correct. Even if you don't get verbaly prompted just continue with your log in (through the phone) and you should be able to get it.

Logging into a personal mb (401) from your phone and pressing the pound key after your messages will get you to the prompt "please enter your mailbox number" which you can enter the admin 555 and the admin password. Then just record the voice menu greeting c-1-1. This works, I tested it on one of my customers.
