I have an issue with a recently installed Emerald Ice. We have a Handsfree handset (Analogue) that is in an incoming ring hunt group that is set so that both the handsets ring on incoming calls, the issue we have is that if the handsfree handset dials out on line 2 and another call comes in on line 1 the handsfree handset receives an audible tone (I presume this is a 2nd call alert) to take the tone off from a keyset is easily remedied but if the analogue handsfree handset does not have a PGM key and we cant allocated it to a key on the handset how do I disable that tone?

make sure multiappearance, intrusion accept, and intrusion tone are turned off. OHVA might be another option.
