Weird issue here I have never seen. UCMC (card) won't clean up files and a hard drive at a customer is dangerously close to completely full. Tried using the cleanup on the VOX server and adjusted the cos for limited days on messages. Customer has manually removed hundreds of messages to no gain. Any thoughts?

Is it the tad folder that is taking so much space? Could that computer have gotten a virus and been downloading files?

No, it's definitely filled with voice. I mean some people had just a gazillion vmails. Just seems like it's not removing them after they were deleted. I mean there are over 600 users on this 20 port system and they use the heck out of the message groups.
