Anyone seen serial ports on ATS processors lock up? We're seeing that on my system. Can't get any signal on them, and we've tried multiple cables, laptops, etc.
I think the Vendor is on the right track by resetting each processor individually, but it's still a pain to do.

Is it locked the same time on both CPU sides?
Did you try to release it from MODEM / KB1?

Tried both. We're going to reset the processors individually, but that's a pain to schedule due to internal politics.
