calls routed through the Ucmc to an extension will not CF no answer(just keeps ringing) when it's a pilot number of an ELA group unless multi-appearance is set to no, but calls will CF no answer if called directly by a DID whether multi-appearance is set to no or yes. if i set multi-appearance to no i can receive multiple calls to the extension through the Ucmc, but only 1 if called directly. i need these extensions that are ela pilot extensions to be able to recieve multiple calls directly and through Ucmc and have CF no answer working. any help is greatly appreciated.

I THINK this applies to ELA groups as well.

Under ST.T look for this:

MULT_APR_RING-

By default this is set for like 900. Bring it down to 200 or so.

also forgot to mention i disabled intelligent busy on Ucmc to get multiple calls to an extension, but putting it back doesn't change anything. i'm kinda thinking Ela wasn't meant for going through an auto attendant.

No, you are correct to disable intelligent busy because the system is reading CSTA msgs to see if the extension is busy and won't send a second call. You definitely want it to do a blind xfer.

Yes, it affects cf/na on boss groups and other things that use multiple appearance ringing. But, if you have anyone using the delay ring in the boss group THAT I think takes precedence over that other timer.

That's because it's considered a hunt call and not a regular call. Hunt groups are like a world unto themselves.
