I just picked up a customer with Flexicom 400 (v15) and iCMC (v7.49) voice mail. The companies previous vendor went out of business and they can't get a hold of them anymore. The admin user has been changed on the card. Does anyone know a way to revert the system to use the default admin info?

Two ways of going at this.
One, get Tadiran on the phone with Active Voice and see if you can get the password extracted..there probably is a fee if they will even still do it.
Two, find out if someone else has admin rights and use their access to fix it.
