I have a problem at an account that has a Coral and the older voice mail (same voice mail as the older hard drive voice mail in the Ice. Every few days they have a problem when they transfer a caller to a phone, rather than going into the voice mail, the caller bounces back to the auto attendent. It can't be programming, because it works sometimes, any ideas?
