Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to setup call record for an extension on a full time basis. I have a line appearance button that does the #1443 (Call Record) and it works. But I'd like to know if it can be done for all calls for training purposes.

Also, I setup a T-Box to announce to incoming callers that thier calls may be monitored for training purposes. Is that enough disclaimer to meet the legal requirements?

The best way to do this would be to setup a single line port to silent monitor the user that is needing to be recorded full time. You would need an analog device connected to the single line port to do the recording but that should work.
