I am having issues with an Executone TAPI 160. My customer states that it was working, they then unplugged it for a while because it was their back up, and now when they plug it back in it loads but will not let them log in? I am not familiar with the programming associated with the unit and I do not know if the station needs to be specified to the device? Any insight?

Thanks

It doen't need to be specified. Have them look on the bottom of the display and press the key below the "login" they will need to input a 3 digit agent code.
