I have not installed an Emerald ICE, but all the Protege systems before Sprint dumped everything.
With the Protege I have installed about 100 of Teledata systems.

I always liked amanda soho voicemail systems they integrate well with many manufactures, I would give them a call see if they can help you. Just Curious why not use either the flash or UCMC. I seem to have great success with both and you cant beat the 8 ports out of box, that feature has helped us sell a few systems.

Well it's a long story. Why did you use Telekol? I have never had any luck with the UCMC. It seems way underpowered for the functionality. The flash doesn't do outcalling. The old harddrives are failing at alarming rates. We need options for a voicemail system on an ICE.
