Thanks Riman, can I use it as ATA adapter (FXS) only?

Currently I am looking for FXS adapter that defenetly works with my IPX Office. I need to use it for my Polycom star conferece phone.
I'd been trying using ATA186 also SPA 2100, both are not working properly over the network. I'd been trying to figure out to make it works for long and looks I gave up.
Tadiran USA support didn't help and they keep push me to contact their vendor/authorized dealer. Basically they aren't let me do by my self.

Why not simply get an analog card for the system?

Tadiran does not support end users directly, unless it is certain government agencies. It is not that you are not allowed to "do it yourself" but rather that you do not know how, have not been trained, and need assistance. Assistance is provided by your authorized dealer as they have already paid to get that training, and if they need help then Tadiran can help them. This is the same with nearly all of the manufacturers.

@Coral Tech, this fxs box would install at remote. I have my other polycom install with analog card locally.

@tampasteve, currently I don't have maintenance contract for my IPXOffice system and I thought plug-in fxs box is not something difficult to do.

So I just realized if ipxoffice is not easy to take care as I thought. Not like when they explain to me when I bought it.
