I have a Sprint LTX with a SVP8 voice mail system. For the past few months the callers leaving a message will get cut off for no apparent reason. I have worked on this system since it came out and have never run into this. I have replaced the digital line card that feeds the voice mail,the common control cards and the voice mail and its still happening. Thanks for any help. Terry

The voicemail might not be recognizing that there is a caller leaving a message and then in turn hanging up. Check the seconds of silence till hang up setting in the VM.
Does this happen on every call or is it intermitant? Are you getting any complaints from your staff regarding not being able to hear the customer? What type if trunks are you using?
