Another point.
You need to backup ever time you are at a site, when you backup name that backup with the date you did it. When you go to a site and you have a problem, name that site with a different name: ABC2, where the backup when all was good would be ABC.
Next rule of thumb!!!!
When you have weird problems, default the system and before you send a program, see if you have the same problem on default. If yo do not, then it is software, if you do, then it is hardware.
