Hello all,

Does anyone know how to change the system where someone calls from outside the voicemail picks up immediately without a delay time of 7 to 14 secs of ringing ? I want the voicemail to pick up immediately without it ringing once

Yes.

Under Database Programming/C.O.Line/Ring Position For the ringing assignments for each line you wish to be answered immediately by Voice Mail change it to the Hunt Group of the Intergrated Voice Mail (430, et cetera).

This is a line by line application. You can even have different lines answer with different greeting.

I did this already but it rings for 5 to 7 secs(1 ring) then voicemail(430) picks up. I don't want to hear a 1 ring
