Hey guys is anyone out there a ProtegeVoice expert. I am trying to create and administrator mailbox using ProcommPlus as my com software however when I get to "mailbox Type" as I understand it "ALT Y" should toggle thru the different mailboxes but procomm never sends the command what is the trick?

BTW: to toggle through Mailboxes:
F10 Next Record
F9 Previous Record
F6 Deletes Current Record
F5 Save
F4 Clear Field
F3 Clear Page
In looking up ALT-Y that is the Procomm Command for Auto Answer
Also,on page C-5-7 of the manual are the keystrokes for the programming screen
