System is an IPX 500, ver 16.01.12. I'm getting a fast busy when I try to dial international. I've turned off toll control on both the COS on my phone and the trunks. I'm dialing the trunk group direct and I'm get a fast busy when I try to dial. I've turned on messaging and we're senting the 2H. cause normal clearing. What am I missing?

Supposedly, they responded 1H, accepted, then a 5H, IE said something about inband DTMF available. But then we sent the 2H to drop the call. It's not critical enough to turn into support, I've got them on to many other issues, so I thought I throw this out to get any other suggestions of where in programming I've got this blocked. Tried it on our other PRI and it connected.

In LCR are you flagging 011 as International call type? your provider maybe already be doing this. Try to set it as National.

Thank you Dustin. I changed the LCR NPL to reflect national and ATT liked that. Which is interesting, as we were the ones rejecting it. I don't understand the difference. When I pointed it out our Global Crossing PRI, it would go. Which is suprising, we are not supposed to have international on that span.
The big thing, it worked. Once again, Thank you
