We are trying to backup our Executone system 228 using Procomm 4.8. We've tried it on both a windows 98 and Win2000 machine. We're using the recommended settings: tvi955 emulation, xmodem, 19200 baud, N-8-1.
Hitting the Escape key gets us into the system, but NONE of the other keys on the keyboard work (so we can't enter our password). The keyboard is fine for other Procomm functions (e.g. the help menu). ANY idea what's going on? Thanks.

Try tvi 925.
Also when you get to password you will not see
the password being typed. IF you hit esc do u get
password promp.
