So, the latest in consolidation: Allworx is going to be purchased by Paetec for $25 million, cash. Interesting to see a carrier entering into the hardware side of things though. Supposedly they will run Allwrox as a subsidiary though, so one owuld presume that they will keep the brand seperate. One can only pesume that they will sell less (if any) Cisco and Avaya now...
