T-Mobile reports over 30 towers are offline, either due to fire damage or power issues. Verizon reports 11 towers offline. Carriers have also seen an increase in call volume, leading to capacity issues.

RobertF Member Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 68 Bakersfield, CA USA	Sprint currently has less than 10 towers offline in that area, and has since early yesterday. The other carriers, besides Verizon weren't near as quick to deploy emergency equipment so the sites would remain online. The response from TMobile and ATT in my area and it's fires wasn't too hot. We were hit worst up in my area, where SoCal Edison simply cut our fiber optic cables (Along with Charter's) while restoring power. -Robert F
