Looks like counterfeit Cisco stuff might be out there. Check THIS story out. Maybe it is time for the public to become more aware when purchasing a big name.

Notice that even the Chinese counterfeiters won't make Cisco phone system knockoffs. They don't want a bad reputation...

A buddy of mine works for Hilti and customers would bring in Hilti tools like hammer drills bought off of ebay and craigslist for repair, but they were cheap chinese knockoff that look just like the real thing with one exception ~ they break and are Non repairable.
