Ok, I'm drunk, so I'll keep this short.
Follow what nonameyet said, change the drop pulse. I would set it to 22 first instead of 0. I've had more luck with 22 in isolating these problems.
Second, never listen to tjmcaps. (I'm sure I'll hear about this one in the morning...)
Go to your H screen and type "L DR 001" see what's set to ring. Make sure the extensions that show up aren't forwarded anywhere. If they are, clear it.
also check "L NR 001" this asks for what rings at night. Again, make sure that any of the extensions aren't forwarded to nowhere. If there is a single line extension forwarded in the "ALL" column of the G screen, leave it as is. That's the x that gets you to your auto attendant.
If you can read this, you're in range.

I assume this was a working system and started dropping calls. If that's correct and I didn't see it listed. Check your output voltages on the power supply. Also I think it's time you got a tech involved.

Turn the voice mail on to answer first, then see if the issue remains. If it continues then it won't be a desk telephone issue. If it continues then remove whatever Caller ID boxes you have in line. I would rewire directly from the RJ/NID to the CO ports eliminating everything including any lightning protection modules. If it still continues I would monitor one line with a butt/test set in monitor mode and listen for CPC disconnect or noise of any matter. You might want to default your ringing and set one phone to ring, I would use a phone that didn't ring prior. Possibility you might need to default the CPU, change out the cabinet, or as many others have suggested get a certified/trained technician to assist. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now and I really don't see you doing your customer right. Good field techs know when to escalate and your past that point in my view.

Have you been adding any new (refurbished) phones to your system such as model m64's if your sytem is very old the firmware will not support anything newer than a m 32 so remove any added phones then see if that fixes it I had this happen to me once. you will notice things such as programming of an extension you just added reverting back to what it was before you saved it etc.
