Greetings, we have an Executone IDS/228 and Infostar VX-3 Combo here at our call center. I've implemented a mailbox with CCR so people can request to be DNC'd (Option 2) or receive a callback (Option 1). Ideally this is the only thing they could do, but some callers are mashing buttons and getting to a point where they can press 0 and get to our operator in IT (me or my co-worker). We have the Operator defined in System Programming on the Executone for our inbound ACD setup, but would like to make it so the "Outpulse Return" calls DONT have the ability to "find" an operator, instead be forced to leave the appropriate message - either by option 1 or 2.

I thought about changing the System wide operator to another extension/VM with just a broadcast and disconnect mailbox, but I'm wondering if there is a more elegant way in the Infostar CCR setup.

I see "Zero Destination" Fields "_" and "________" in the Infostar Mailboxes, but have yet to find a manual for the VX-3.

Can I put a value in this field that will allow someone hitting "0"'s to be forced back into the CCR and be required to follow the audible instructions (options 1 or 2)?

I hope this makes sense,

Thank you for your replies.

Thanks Juno - In the Mailbox Setup screen I used

Zero Destination [M] [___####]
where # = mailbox#

And it sends the caller back to the original voice message
