My company has a line of 17 key Executone phones.... i would like to know if it's possible to forward my executone to a NON executone numbered phone?
Such as: another land line, or a cell phone? and then to have it ring thru on that line as normal?

I'd say you have an IDS system which it would be possible to setup external forwarding of a phone.You are going to need access to the system programming (and the password) and if you have never done it before I would highly recommend getting in someone experienced with the switch.

Note: If your using a PRI you can not Divert out of the system

set up your phone to have a key FWD to statio speed dial and program your personal speed dial number 30 to the external number by pressing Program on that phone, then *1 and the number and then program to store it. on that phone press that key and first mode is for day mode, press it again and it is for night and press it again and it will activate day and night mode. you should be allset.
the only software that allows to forward over PRI is Eclipse 2.0. we have it working.
