I have two old VXC cards that don't show up on the Executone main menu. The only way to program these VXC cards are to attach a keyboard and monitor to the card. Can these cards be upgraded so we can program from the Executone menu? I have other VXC cards the same software level (7.5R)that can be programmed from the Executone menu. :shrug:

No, the software on the phone system is Eclipse 2.5.1. I can put either VXC with 7.5 software in and one will allow executone programming and the other will require a keyboard and monitor only.

if you could default the voicemail it might fix your problem. I can fill you in more about this. we can save your mailboxes and greatings but you will have to re create the mailboxes by hand and B,C,I and S screen. you need to reload your BTR files and that might fix it. let me know if you want to go through this. you need to save the files anyway, because you need to backup these voicemails anyway. keep in mind that these hard drives will die soon as I have been seing them die more and more lately. I have flash drives for these voicemails. let me know if I can help.
