I have a customer that wants to install a PRI on a 432, we would like to have there main telephone number show up on caller id, but i see nothing in the programing.
Can anyone shed some light on this.

It may do that automatically. There are not many parameters to programing PRI on IDS

the Telco has to input the main number on all outbound calls . executone PRI never was able to manipulate the digits.

Monday I am going to turn up a PRI on 432 (2 - Cabinets ) and found a little blurb in the manual that says you need LCR, We removed that some time ago.
I receive a email from someone else that said we my need to turn on senderized digits in the option screen.
We did turn it on, and tried it with there pots lines and found if the Extention was in Cabinet 1 and called some ( new Area Codes i beleave ) long distance numbers you can only dial 7 digist and the system would start dialing if the Extentions were in Cabinet 2 everything seemed to work fine.
Our PRI card will be in Cabinet 1 and they will use it to call out on.
Can anyone shed any light on this.

Leave senderized digits turned on also try turning on the LCR Centrex option and the dial 10 option in diagonistic then N screen. It will cause issues on the pots lines but should make the PRI work for outgoing
