Greetings, I am looking to remove 2 of our 3 T1 cards from service on our PBX system. The company has downsized and will not be requiring all of our T's.

Is it simply a matter of removing the lines/ports associated with the cards on the "F" screen to prevent any outgoing/incoming calls from utilizing those particular lines in the system?

Thank you for your assistance.

1 cabinet - I did end up removing the T1 physically. I still have them setup in the F screen. I had to change some of the Line Types on the last functional T card, but everything is working. I'm not sure if I still need to clear out any programming or not.

Thank you for your reply.

the correct way was to clear out the F screen first, then pull the card

take the old lines in B screen out of the trunk group. Leave the one T1 only in trunk group 1 if that is what you are using and the rest in 0.
F screen you can delete all those lines that you are not using by going there and pressing C on every line number that needs to be deleted.

and that is it.

Executone super tech.
