When on an existing call using a Model 64, I can't hear other lines ringing as their is no audible beep that other lines are ringing. I can see the light flash on other lines, but it's causing me to miss calls when other people are on other lines. Is there a fix for this?
BTW, I do have access to the mainboard through Procomm.

Either the other lines are not ringing or you need to look at the camp on timer. Both are in station programming.

OR: you are hooked up to a Medley phone system and your phone is not programmed to ring.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

Thanks for the replies. Not hooked up to Medley.
Regarding station programming, can I change this on the actual phone or will I need to go into the main board?

No, you can not change this through the phone. You must program through the op's terminal.

What should the camp on timer setting be adjusted to allow an audible to the phone while on another call?

Anything other than 0. Depends how often you want them to hear it.

camp on is set ny default to 3. this means that every 30 seconds you will hear a beap on new call while you are on the phone. in the station programming check the day ring and night ring for those lines, but be aware that if you change this and you have an Auto Attendant that might mess things up if your timer in the G screen is less then the target EXT that sends the calls to the Auto Attendant.

If the phone rings when you are not on it. It is more than likely a camp on issue. Under station "A" put in the ext of the phone you have an issue with, look at the right hand side of the screen "T" for timers it is the first option. you can set it to 1 thru 99. Depending on the software version you may find an option in the M screen related to allowing camp ons. Hope this helps Randy
