We are having trouble turning the ringer off on two of our four phone that are plugged in. Please advise.

There is a button for volume on the front of the phone and tone level on the left side of the phones. We have tried both and can't get the ringers to stop ringing on two phones.

That's done in programming..do you have the manual?
If not click on the manuals link at the top and get one..those old things were a pain to program...and you needed the manual next to ya to do it.

Ya we thought it was in programming. We just have the small booklet not sure if we have the entire manual. Is there a way to get the manual?

John, at the top-center of this page, there is a button that will provide you with links to several reputable resources for manuals. I've used them many times and have been very happy.

Ed - thank you for the idea but unfortunately I don't see that they have the entire user guide for the encore executone phone - any other ideas anyone?

I can't seem to find a user guide with this specific model number.
