Hi folks.
I had a fuse blow in a medley cabinet recently.
It's the small one on the motherboard behind the hard drive.Couldn't find anything to match it at radio shack-the fuse itself had no info on it as far as amps or anything.Anyone know what size this fuse is?I put a piece of cross connect across it as a temporary fix. Thanks in advance.

I would find the correct Fuse, otherwise, I would start looking for another Phone system Right away! The Fuse is a 3AMP

replace the fuse and if the system dies, then t is a step up transistor that burns out, it is a common part on these systems that dies.
radio shack should have the small fuses, if not go to electronic store, supply plae and they will have them.
cross connect wire will work, but if there is a problem, it will fry the mother board.

I believe the size is 2AG.

In a pinch use a different size "not rating" fuse with 2 short leads the alligator clips at each end, until the correct fuse can be bought. Dikikey and Mouser carry the fuse. radio shack does not carry it.
