We have a client who has a Executone system they have stated they have 8co lines on all there phones as line buttons, they also state that all the button 1-8 are constantly blinking. I dont work on these systems but am wanting to help them out.
Any ideas out there???

Type of system?
Blinking on all the phones or just 1 or 2?
All the time or?
Line buttons will blink on incoming calls or when on hold. Another symptom of a bad line cord was blinking of keys on the phones but that shouldn't affect every phone.

If some of the keys are dss keys, and the phones to which those dss keys are assigned to, are programmed to ring, the dss keys will blind every time the phone rings.
