Ok, so I need to look up data on the call accounting V function, but it list oldest first and it can me MONTHS between me needing to do this... is there not anyway to "dump" the data to excel or a flat file, or to sort newest first? This is a MAJOR issue, I cannot afford to take 60 minutes scrolling looking for one phone call caller id....

No it dumps to the RS232 port you have set up to print reports. I have heard of people that send it to a computer that is using a program to capture the data then they try to use another program to sort it. What you see on the screen will come out of the printer port on a report. Usually users use ProComm to capture text file then convert. Good luck and if more info need just send a Private Message.
