I inherited a customer with an old Equity 2. I installed a new 2 port co card to add a line appearance. The new line works on all phones but ringing is only on one phone. How is ringing set? programming? I found a source online for a manual and will get it if needed. Thanks! Steve

If I remember correctly, the ring is set under the dial pad by either cutting or twisting together a wire strap associated with each line. If the line is not ringing, the wire strap for that line has been cut. Just twist them together. I think the dial pad is easily removed, although I can't remember how to do it.

just rip the front of the phone off, that is how you get to the dial pad. Be Careful, It does snap back together !
