Quick thing to do would be just move line and change programming. I.E. once line is moved change button programming to new CO line and make sure you remove bad CO port from that dial group if you are using that feature. Then program the new line like the old as far as ringing ect....

you can swap cards they keep no memory. moving the bad port to spare is the best like mc601 said. Flash Drive is a good idea for you, because the old drive will die sooner then later. Find me I have them.

Follow up (kinda late - sorry!). I swapped the boards and had the same problem. Turned out to be a PEBKAC error (google it). Worked fine after I did what I thought I already had (programmed the button for the proper co line appearance).
My current issue is trying to replace the backup battery in the unit so I don't have to reset the date/time every time we lose power (which, thankfully, isn't very often). I'm going to use a CR1225 battery in place of the BR1225 sped'd battery. Should work, right? It looks like I have to desolder the original and resolder the new one in. Any tips?
