We have a 108 unit I think, and years ago we had someone from here setup.. but cannot recall who that was... In any event, the AA pickups after x amount of rings and takes you to a selection of things like press the extenstion you want to reach, and who we are, etc, and there is a section with some details we need to -re-record. Can anyone point me the right direction here? are these messages in voicemail system, or the IDS or???? It has the card VMS system with 4 ports....that plugs into a slot...

Sounds line you will have to acess mangers mail box to program the AA greetings.

It could be either AA or CCR auto attend. If it's in the Voicemail when you hear the greeting try pressing # to tell it you are user then go through manager's mailbox to review CCR greetings.
