I am having a problem with an executone IDS system where when transfering a call to an ext it goes to VM instead of ringing the phone first. I don't work on this type of system very often and don't have the proper manuals. I'm sure its something simple. Any hints??

can you connect via pro-comm OR using the operator's terminal( if there is one) Look at the " G screen " that is where you make changes....

Go to phone where you're trying to transfer calls and dial 7** and 7*9. This should deactivate call forwarding for day and night modes respectively. Mike
