Anyone know how to default the installers password on Medley without replacing the hard drive? Thanks in advance!

Last time I had this issue called Intertel (Now Mitel) and they would reset it for you. Have to sign a release form and I do believe they may charge for it. 800-411-6655 then 3 then 1 for the LCR department.

there is a backdoor password that no one know any more. replace the drive and install flash drive and reprogram it. your old drive will die anyway, so don't take chances.
I can have it pre programmed with most of your info before we will ship it to you. let me know if you need help.
