I have a customer with an Executone IDS 228 With 3.0 Eclipse software. After a serious power hit I've replaced the CPU, EVCM,PRI card & a DTMF/Rec card. I've gotten them back up & running except for a problem w/ ACD que keys. One particular ACD group gets a lot of traffic so every phone on the system has an ACD que key for that group (831 sub 111 for group 11). The idea being that if an employee not in that group, but not with a customer can see the key light blinking & grab a call. The problem is that now, after repairs, the lights don't light on those keys. If you press the key when calls are in que you get the call, but there is no light to prompt you to do this. I've exhausted all of my other local contacts with no resolution. Can someone in this group shed some light on this? Thanx in advance.

Check your programming of the flash rate set up in the ACD Que menu. O from the ACD programming screen if system was in default you should have some rates there but maybe not the number of calls.
