I recently took over an IDS system and the passwords that I have do not allow me to do actual programming of the keys on the phones. It's almost like there is an installers/programmers password that is needed. If anybody knows of this or the level of password needed could you please help with it. Thanks for any help at all.

Which system do you have? 42, 84, 108, 228?

Some passwords did have restrictions and it sounds like the one your using has that blocked.
