Our company has changed passwords a couple times. Due to change in admin. and employee turnover, the current password has not been recorded and is lost. How can we get a new password without knowledge of the current one?

If it is the one for the System Admin then a tech will have to change it in programming. If it is for a Mailbox then you can change it from the system admins mailbox.

It is for the System Admin that we need a password. Do we have to have a tech come into our office?

Yes, Unless you have programming on site, or a tech could remotely call in and re set the password.
