There is no option for leaving a voicemail when receiving a outside call. Call bounces back to System Greeting. There is a primary greeting setup - Does not go to primary greeting as well.
AXXESS Inter-Tel telephone system.
How can this be remedied.

On the phone having the problem dial feature code 354. This should turn back on "system forwarding".
