Had an experience where a blown 2A fuse in 2nd STA A card did not bring an alarm (major or minor) and two stations were out of service. Does anyone know if this condiition should have activated an alarm condition?

I checked all the alarm codes in the book,
minor & major. Nothing I can see would indicate
a blown fuse.
