can anyone help ? the main unit/switchboard was put on to night mode, when we turned night mode off next morning the line1 etc light flashes when an incoming call is ringing in but there is no ringing sound, i have turned the volume up to 8 on the main unit but still no ringing. any ideas ?

Do the other lines ring in? Can you still answer the incoming call from that station? Try a 398 feature code and select any number other than 0. 0 turns the ringer off.
