we have 2 nodes within the building. I can access one of the nodes, but not the primary node that holds the database and VM. It shows I am connected, but then says cannot access database. Do I have to reboot the database machine, or can I just stop\start a service to get into this? Thanks

this is interesting. are you sure there is no one else who may be logged into the database and never logged out?
