My user received a vmail. Double click the V-mail to listen to it, error msg "error 15:"
vmail opened and user was able to listen to it.
It appeared to have no consequenses. Anyone have any experience with error 15?
What is it? and why is it happening? and what can I do to 'fix' it? User is annoyed by it.
Thanks in advance.

ERR_AXXUSERV_UNABLE_TO_DELIVER_MSG (-15): The client is not logged
into the Voice Processing Server. This could occur due to a time out (an hour of no
requests from the Client), or from the Client not being logged in to begin with. Or, perhaps,
but very unlikely, the Voice Processing Server went down and came back up.
