We have the GMX-48 phone system. I know it's obsolete, but we need to know how to change the names to correspond with the extentions on the display. We have one of the user's guides but no manual. HELP PLEASE!

1) Move this to the Intertel board and you will get more responses.
2) Get a manual. I believe that is available by clicking on the link at the top of the page.

I needed to edit this to add that the old Premier systems are not easy to program. If I were yu I would try to find an experienced (older) tech that knows his/her way around this system. Pay them to do it.
It will be worth every penny.

[DA] for Station Data then [B] for extension and username assignments, you can use up to 7 letters long

This is done with a terminal, if you have one hooked up your ready to go if not you will need one hooked up to program the system.

You need the system programming not the users programming.
