I'm using unified messaging level 1 to forward voicemails as email attachments for long term storage.
Some messages don't show up as an email when I forward them to the mailbox setup with unified messaging (forward only). It seems like the longer messages (20+ minutes) are the ones not showing up. I can forward the messages among "normal" mailboxes.
Is there a known limit for UM level 1? Can I increase that limit? How can I get voicemail messages out of the system if they are over that limit?
The long voicemails are coming from record-a-call... which I'd like to keep at a long limit. Or, we'd have to keep restarting the recording every 15 minutes.
Any thoughts?

do you have a space limitation on your email server/account? The level 1 .wav files are roughly 500 Kb/min, so a 20 minutes RAC is about 10 Mb. Have you had problems with your mail server? In both cases metioned above, Axxess will try to send it, there is no error check or resend available if the message fails regardless of reason.
