We are not getting a courtesy beep or ring when I transfer calls to 10 out of 12 lines in my office. Is there a way to fix this problem w/out having to call a tech top come out?
Also, I've tried to hook up a headset ( 01-03 H9A)with a modular headset ampliphier by plantronics (M12). My phone is a Inert-Tel (Model: Executive Digital Terminal) (Part Number: 550.4500) but I can't seem to get it working. Can yo uhelp me with this?

Headset base setting should be a 5 for the Inter-tel. Enable headset on phone with Spcl 317. Spkr button acts as hook switch then.
As to the first question, are the calls just transfering and not ringing at the receiving station?
