I have a client who likes the Intertel Axxess system, but requires that they be able to do two things. First, the upper management wants to be able to listen on individual phones, as in a one-way conference mode, without that phone knowing that they are listening in (eg,. the speaker LED does not light up, nor any of the lights on the panel, nor any change on the LCD display (if there is one).

Second, they want to be able to monitor calls in process with other phones, without that user knowing they are listening (as in a blind conference monitor).

Does the Axxess system support those features?

the 2nd question is easy. The Station Monitor feature is standard on the Axxess. You place all phones in a hunt group and have the bosses designated as a Supervisor.

The 1st question is a little fuzzy. Do you want to "call" a conference phone and listen to the conversation going on in the room?
